Night sweats do not care what you are wearing, but the right fabric decides how fast you cool down and whether you get back to sleep. Menorose sleepwear is chosen for exactly that moment: breathable, moisture-wicking pieces that move heat away from the skin instead of trapping it.

Every style is cut loose enough to let air circulate, with soft natural or wicking fibres and nothing that clings when you wake warm.

Sleepwear questions

Which fabrics work best for night sweats?

Fabrics that breathe and dry quickly: cotton, bamboo-derived viscose, lightweight modal and moisture-wicking technical knits. Heavy synthetics such as polyester fleece trap heat and hold sweat against the skin.

How should menopause sleepwear fit?

Loose. A relaxed cut lets air move over the skin and makes it easy to push a layer off half-asleep. Avoid tight waistbands and high, close necklines, which concentrate heat around the chest and neck where hot flashes begin.
