This website is operated by Menorose. You can reach us at hello@menorose.com for any question about this policy.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number and the products you buy. Payment details are collected and stored by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card number.
- Contact messages: the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, anonymized information about pages visited and the device used.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To answer your messages.
- To send order and shipping confirmations.
- To improve the website and our products.
We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (platform and payments), our fulfillment and shipping partners (delivery), our email provider (order and support emails) and, if enabled, an analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
Health information
Please do not send us medical records or detailed health information. We cannot give medical advice, and we do not want to hold sensitive data we do not need.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@menorose.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it).

The site uses the cookies needed to remember your cart and run checkout and, if analytics are enabled, to measure traffic. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
