Menorose No 2 is traditionally used for fatigue, low mood, irritability, insomnia, vaginal dryness and mild hot flashes.

No 1 focuses on the heat and cycle side of the transition: hot flashes, night-time heat, late or heavy periods and premenstrual breast tenderness. No 2 focuses on mood, energy and comfort: fatigue, gloom, irritability, insomnia, vaginal dryness and mild hot flashes. Many women use them together, which is why we offer the Menorose Duo.

No. Homeopathic products sold in the United States are not evaluated or approved by the FDA. Menorose claims are based on traditional homeopathic practice, not on accepted medical evidence. Menorose is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your healthcare provider about your symptoms, especially if they are severe or persistent.

Yes. Menorose ships to all 50 states. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping is free on orders over $50.00. Below that, a flat standard rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

You receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your package. If you have not received it within three business days, contact us with your order number.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened bottles cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for return. See our Shipping & returns page for the steps.
