Our story

Menorose started with a simple observation: the menopause transition brings very different symptoms to different women, yet most products try to cover everything in one bottle. Some women are woken by heat at 3 a.m. Others sleep fine but feel flat, irritable and worn out. Many live with both.

That is why Menorose comes as two homeopathic formulas. Menorose No 1 is traditionally used for hot flashes, late or heavy periods and breast tenderness before periods. Menorose No 2 is traditionally used for fatigue, low mood, irritability, insomnia, vaginal dryness and mild hot flashes. About homeopathy, honestly

Homeopathy is a tradition that dates back to the late 1700s. Remedies are made from highly diluted substances, and each ingredient is chosen because of the symptom picture it has traditionally been associated with in homeopathic practice. Sepia, for example, is one of the ingredients in Menorose No 2.

In the United States, homeopathic products are not evaluated by the FDA and their claims are not based on accepted medical evidence. Menorose is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We say this on every product page because we would rather you know exactly what you are buying.
