Where we ship

Menorose ships to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50.00. Below that amount, standard shipping costs $5.95. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Delivery then takes a few business days depending on your state. You receive a tracking link by email the moment the package is scanned.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, email hello@menorose.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building, then contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Unopened items with the seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because Menorose drops are a consumable health product, opened bottles cannot be resold and are not eligible for return. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.

1. Email hello@menorose.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and a return reference.
3. Ship the unopened item back with the reference inside the package.
4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Order changes and cancellations

Write to us as soon as possible after ordering. If the package has not left the warehouse we will change or cancel it. Once it ships, the return policy above applies.
